R. STAHL has been producing explosion-protected equipment over 60 years. The use of innovative design, particularly and extensively moulded plastics, has enabled R. STAHL to achieve a leading position in the international market place.
R. STAHL offers extensive special performance products such as plugs and sockets, control/ terminal boxes and light fittings as well as modern signal equipment e.g. safety barriers, isolators and remote I/O. Areas of application are drilling rigs and refineries for gas or crude oil, chemical plants for the manufacture of plastics and rugs, and also sewage farms and biogas plants.
With the transition of the European Directive ATEX 95 (in former times ATEX 100a) dust explosion protection has been raised to the same high safety level as gas explosion protection. As such, R. STAHL has now expanded its product range with a dust explosion line-up.
